Refund policy

At Over the Moon Boutique, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to exchange it for you based on the below guidelines.

That said, we do accept returns for store credit as long as they meet the following criteria: 

*Sale/Clearance items are final sale. If a final sale item is shipped back to us, we are not responsible for shipping back to the customer or processing the return. 

*We do not accept exchanges on the following products: jewelry, sunglasses, bathing suits, bralette's, bogg bags, hats, or      seasonal items.

*We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and  in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages must be reported within 7 days in order to receive a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at overthemoonboutique2@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

**Returns sent back to us with insufficient postage will be returned to the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your return item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
