Shipping policy

 

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday weekly and strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible . If the item is in stock, we ideally ship within 48 hours of when payment is received.;via USPS.  If it is a pre-order item, then the expected ship date will be listed in the item description! All orders are $7.00 flat rate shipping. We offer FREE SHIPPING if your order is $100 or greater.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at overthemoonboutique2@yahoo.com before the order has shipped. If the order has not left the warehouse, we can cancel your order for a refund but will charge a $5 cancellation fee to cover the costs incurred with the credit card companies.  Or, you can avoid the cancellation fee if you choose to receive a store credit instead. Cancellation requests made after an order has shipped will not be accepted.
